Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 tbsp butter
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp oil
1 egg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup warm milk

Directions
Mix flour, butter, sugar and oil together and put aside 1 cup of this mixture for the topping.

Into the remaining flour mixture mix the egg, cinnamon, baking powder and warm milk. Add enough flour to make a cake like batter.

Pour into an oiled and floured pan, then sprinkle on the topping. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
