8 slices of rye bread
1/3 cup Russian Dressing
1/2 lb. sliced cooked corned beef
1 can (16 oz.) sauerkraut, well drained
1/2 lb. sliced Swiss cheese
butter or margarine, softened
Spread the dressing on one side of each of the bread slices. Make 4 sandwiches by layering corned beef, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese. Spread both of the outsides of the sandwiches with butter and brown in a hot skillet until golden and the cheese melts. Makes 4 sandwiches.
