Rocky Road

Ingredients
10 squares milk chocolate
15 large white marshmallows, cut into quarters
1 cup chopped walnut pieces (pecans can be substituted)

Directions
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Do not allow the temperature of the water to get too much above body temperature.

When the chocolate is thoroughly melted, pour 1/4 of it into a buttered pan and spread evenly over the bottom of the pan. Place the cut marshmallows on top of the chocolate in the pan as closely together as possible. Put the nuts into the remainder of the melted chocolate and stir. Pour over the marshmallows and spread evenly.

Place in a refrigerator to cool. When cold, cut into squares. Makes 1-1/2 lbs.
