Ingredients
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg, well beaten
2-1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder

Topping
1 egg white
6 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions
Mix dough and chill. Roll thin, brush with egg white and sprinkle with topping. Cut into shapes and bake at 350 degrees. Makes about 8 dozen small cookies.
