Shrimp and Velveeta
Ingredients
2 cans shrimp
1 package Velveeta cheese
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. chopped pimiento
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp. butter
Directions
Chop the onion, green pepper and pimiento into small pieces. Combine all ingredients and cook until hot. Serve over rice or pasta.
