Got a case of the munchies or do you just need something for a gathering of friends to nibble on? Some of these snacks are pretty special and great to serve at a party. Others are good for just any old time that you want something to snack on.

The following is a list of recipes that I have for various types of snacks and appetizers.

Bacon Cheese Toast Triangles
Toast topped with a mixture of sharp cheddar cheese, bacon, onion and catsup. Broiled until bubbly.
Cheese Bits
Saltines or cheese wafers topped with a mixture of Roquefort cheese, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, butter and paprika before heating.
Cheese Wafers
Cheddar cheese combined with a dough then baked in slices. Topped with a piece of walnut.
Kosher Pickles (Cold Method)
Make your own kosher pickles using fresh pickling cucumbers.
Nachos
Tortilla chips covered with salsa, grated jack cheese and grated cheddar cheese then broiled until the cheese is melted.
Nuts and Bolts
Rice squares, wheat squares, oat cereal, peanuts, pretzel sticks are combined with spices and heated.
Orange Spiced Nuts
Walnuts or pecans coated with a mixture of sugar, orange peel, spices and milk.
Sour Cream Filled Eggs
Hard boiled eggs filled with yolks that have been combined with a mixture of mayonnaise, sour cream, relish and mustard.
Spicy Sugared Nuts
Walnuts or pecans coated with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
Super Snackatizer
Honey graham cereal, corn cereal, chocolate coated candies, popcorn and raisins are combined with cinnamon, orange rind and butter.
Swedish Hardtack
A thin dough baked in cracker sized pieces made using quick cooking oatmeal.
