Sour Cream Velvet Frosting
Ingredients
1 cup semisweet chocolate bits
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2-1/2 cups powdered sugar
Melt chocolate and butter over hot (not boiling) water. Blend in cream, vanilla and salt. Gradually beat in enough sugar to make a good spreading consistency. Good for a tube cake or a 2 layer cake.
