Spinach Frances

Ingredients
1 package (10 oz.) frozen spinach
1 can (3 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 cup sour cream
salt and pepper

Directions
Cook spinach as directed on the package. Add the sliced mushrooms and sour cream to the cooked spinach and heat gently, do not boil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
