Strawberry Bavarian

Ingredients
1 package (3 oz.) strawberry gelatin
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup boiling water
3/4 cup cold water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 box fresh strawberries
1 cup whipping cream

Directions
Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Add cold water and lemon juice then chill until slightly thick.

Prepare berries and slice one cup. Whip cream. Fold 1-1/2 cups whipped cream and the sliced strawberries into the gelatin mixture. Turn into a 1 quart mold and chill until firm. Remove from mold. Garnish with remaining berries and cream. Serves 6 to 8.
