Ingredients
1 cup whipping cream
whole pecan meats
1 large pkg. frozen strawberries
1 pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
1 cup hot water
16 marshmallows
24 thin lemon cookies

Directions
Drain berries reserving juice. Combine juice, gelatin and water. Add marshmallows and cook over medium heat. Stir until marshmallows melt. Chill mixture until thick and syrupy.

Line a 9-inch pie pan with lemon cookies. Beat marshmallow mixture until doubled in bulk. Gently fold in strawberries, then fold in whipped cream. Transfer to pie pan. Top with pecans and chill.
