Stuffed Squash

Ingredients
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 can water chestnuts, minced
1 tbsp. minced ginger root
2 tsp. sesame oil
1/4 tsp. salt
3 crook neck squash

Directions
Cut each squash in half lengthwise. Hollow out leaving a 2/3 inch thick outer shell. Mix remaining ingredients together and stuff the squash. Place the stuffed squash halves in a single layer in a lightly greased baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cut into serving portions.
