Super Spuds

Ingredients
6 baking potatoes, baked
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp. spicy brown mustard
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. beef franks, cooked and cut diagonally

Directions
Cut the baked potatoes in half. Scoop the potato out of the skins and set the skins aside.

Mash the potato with mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper. Fold in the sliced franks. Return the mixture to the potato skins, mounding high.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot. Serves 4 to 6.
