Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 egg white, unbeaten
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 cup boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients except the vanilla. Beat until the mixture stands in peaks. Add vanilla and spread on cake.
