Ingredients
4 eggs
2-1/2 cups sugar
6 cups milk
4 cups cream
2 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions
Beat eggs, then add sugar gradually. When thick add milk, cream, vanilla and salt.

Mix well and freeze in an ice cream freezer following the manufacturer's instructions.
