Vegetables au Gratin
Ingredients
2 cups cooked vegetables
1 cup medium white sauce
1/2 cup coarse cracker crumbs
1/4 cup grated cheese
2 tbsp. butter
Directions
Combine the vegetables with the white sauce and place in a buttered 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle with the crumbs and the cheese. Dot with butter.
Bake at 350 degrees F. until browned, about 20 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
