5 Onion Soup!

Of all the soups, onion soup has been among my favorites for a long time. I first had onion soup in a coffee shop on the north shore of Lake Tahoe but unfortunately that coffee shop no longer exists. I’ve just added a recipe for Creamy Five Onion Soup that is pretty close to the version that was served in that coffee shop, and what’s even better is that it’s easy to make at home.
