Hi everyone! I’ve just added a recipe for homemade Chicken Taquitos that I’m sure you will enjoy. Yummy!

I’ve already had enough of the hot weather of summer and am seriously looking forward to the fall season. Along with that line of thought I’ve just added a recipe for Pumpkin Cookies that have a Pumpkin Icing. Just the thought helps me to feel cooler.

Just as soon as the peaches on my trees have grown and ripened I’ll be making this newest addition to Shoebox Recipes, Amaretto Peach Cobbler. In the meanwhile I may just have to go to the grocery store and buy some fresh peaches because I’m not sure I can wait another month or so.

I’ve just added a new dessert recipe, Schaum Torte. It is a mixture of strawberries and whipped cream spooned into meringue shells, then topped with whole strawberries. Delightful!
