Shopping Online for Kitchen Gear?

Posted by Linda on 04 Sep 2007 | Tagged as: What's up?

You might want to check at The Peachy Kitchen for those items you want. This is an online store that I opened just a few days ago and there is a decent selection of items for your kitchen or for gifts for any occasion. Go take a look around, what you find just might surprise you. :-)

Now, what is really nice is that you too can create your very own shop. The process is easy. Just register at Zlio, decide on a theme for your shop, pick a template (how you want your shop to look), then start adding items. There are millions of items that you can choose from to add to your shop or shops (you can open up to 20 different shops with each shop containing up to 1,000 items). What’s even nicer is that you might be able to make a bit of money too. I haven’t yet, but the shops that I’ve opened are very new so only time will tell.

Cooking for others

Nearly every weekend I prepare one of my recipes for a small church gathering. It’s somewhat of a pot luck affair but usually there is a theme such as Chinese, Italian, Mexican or simply “pot luck”.

Frequently I have been asked for the recipe and now I simply tape a copy of the recipe onto the container when possible. When that is not possible or practical, I’ll print a few copies so those who want a copy can have it to take home with them. Last week’s recipe was Scalloped Potatoes and this coming weekend I’ll be preparing Sour Cream Potato Salad.

Hot Burger!

Spicing it up just a bit with todays latest recipe. Newly added is a recipe for Chili Burgers that I am certain you will enjoy. That is if your tastes in food run to the spicy side. Otherwise, try one of the many other recipes. I am sure that you will find one or more to make.

Another family favorite

When you have the opportunity, you’ve got to try Scalloped Corn Cornbread. I’m sure it will be a favorite with your family too.

A potato salad to delight you

If you are as fond of potato salad as I am, you’re sure to love Sour Cream Potato Salad. Serve it with sandwiches or as part of a buffet. It’s also great to take to a picnic or other gathering.
